The Valley Is Ready. Walk Worthy, Brothers

As we stand just days away from the Treasure Valley Men’s Conference, our part is essentially DONE. The planning is complete. The operations are set. The speakers are prepared. The marketing is nearly finished. The table promotion at churches done, the farmers markets have been visited, the God & Country events have been worked, the speakers are inroute, and the master of ceremony script is ready.
Now we walk and wait — and every ding ding ding reminds us that another man has signed up. Another heart stirred. Another life God is preparing to awaken.
And we wait—nothing we can DO, we wait in faith. We can pray, we can seek God, we can prepare our hearts and mind for what God will do but we can DO nothing except turn to HIM.
And in this waiting, we remember the truth of Hebrews 1:1–2 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son…
God has spoken. God is speaking. And God will speak again on Saturday THRU the finished work of Jesus Christ.
We do not fight for victory—we fight from victory (Pastor John Randall) - Christ has already won.
Colossians 2:15 reminds us that Jesus “disarmed principalities and powers… triumphing over them.”
The battle is His. The results are His. The harvest is His.
Even still, this process is humbling.
We have DONE everything we can do — and now we rest in our work, we pray, and watch the Lord work, just as Exodus 14:13–14 declares - “Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord… The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
Every ding ding ding is a reminder: There is nothing left for us to DO but pray.
Pray for the men of the Treasure Valley.
Pray for awakening.
Pray for transformation.
Pray for boldness.
Pray for the speakers.
Pray for the Gospel to run swiftly.
“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you.” (2 Thessalonians 3:1)
We do not know how many will come.
We do not know who God will call.
But we know this: over 900 dings have already been heard (8/25) — and God is not finished.
Now the work is internal.
Prepare your heart.
Prepare your mind.
Seek what God is doing in you through this whole process.
Let Psalm 139:23–24 be your prayer:
“Search me, O God… lead me in the way everlasting.”
He has changed us through this.
He has shaped us.
He has refined us.
He has made us more like Christ than we were before.
And now we ask: Lord, what’s next?
A bigger conference next year? Probably.
New ways to reach the men of the Treasure Valley? Hopefully.
Seeing Jesus Christ in each of us in deeper, stronger, more powerful ways? Definitely.
But whatever comes next, we cling to Ephesians 4:1 “Walk worthy of the calling with which you were called.”
Walk worthy.
Stand firm.
Hold the line.
Advance the Gospel.
And trust the God who has already gone before us.
Walk worthy, brothers.
The King is moving.
The valley is ready.
And the men are coming.
