Treasure Valley Men’s Conference: What to Expect
The Treasure Valley Men’s Conference ‘26 is almost here, and we couldn’t be more excited for your arrival. Whether you’re coming with a group, attending solo, or showing up on the day of the event, we’ve prayed and designed every part of the event to be smooth, welcoming, and packed with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow.
Conference Kickoff
The parking lot opens at 7 AM and the doors open at 8 AM.The conference starts at 8:50 AM.
Arrival & Parking
As you pull onto the property, our parking attendants will be ready to guide you directly to the appropriate parking lots. Their goal is simple—get you parked quickly and safely so you can head straight into The Center at Canyon County Fairgrounds on Saturday. We recommend coming early.
Registration Made Easy
Once you walk up to the main entrance, you’ll see four registration tables, each organized by LAST NAME (Last name of the person who registered - so if it was a friend or wife or… bring that name with you). Simply find your table, check in, and you’re good to go.
If you didn’t register ahead of time, no problem—walk‑up registration is fully welcomed, and a dedicated table will be ready for you.
Already registered but forgot to order lunch? After checking in, just stop by the walk‑up table to purchase a lunch ticket.
Merchandise & Pre‑Orders
Inside the doors, you’ll find our merchandise table, stocked with conference gear including T‑shirts, hats, and hoodies. If you pre‑ordered items that didn’t ship directly to you, this is where you’ll pick them up. Day‑of purchases are also available while supplies last.
Photo Displays & Raffle Zone
Just beyond the entrance is our display area, perfect for grabbing photos with your group or commemorating the day. This area also features the raffle giveaway display, showcasing premium outdoor gear you can win. Make sure to register for the raffle—every attendee has a chance to walk away with something exceptional.
Prayer Area
Just beyond the photo displays & raffle zone is the dedicated prayer area. This area will have men praying for the conference during the whole event but more importantly, if you need prayer or even want to pray a praise report, this is your area for men to pray with men. These men can also help you with resources that you can take with you or we can send to you to support you through any battles that come up.
Outdoor Skills Area
Step outside and you’ll discover our Outdoor Skills Area, featuring highly experienced men who are masters in their craft. From elk calling to fly fishing and more, these experts are ready to answer your questions, demonstrate techniques, and share helpful outdoors know-how. Don’t miss the chance to learn a thing or two. Or just walk around the outside of the facility and see where lunch trucks are located or even where seating is located outdoors for lunch or breaks.
